Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block-making machine stands out for its hydraulic operation, superior performance, and remarkable flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine is fully automated, featuring a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The brick making machine's control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, a production program, a malfunction diagnosis system, and a remote control function, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, allowing it to produce double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table is engineered to withstand intense vibration without damage or cracks. The table, placed on a rubber spring, significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibration, produced by an eccentric vibration shaft, ensures the concrete products are of high quality and density.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam with a high-strength steel structure and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted according to the mold height. The guide column is crafted from super-strength steel with a surface chromium plating for high strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We use high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure based on specific working
requirements. This system allows for the adjustment of hydraulic pressure and flow, controlling vibration frequency and range, thereby altering the forming cycle time based on the different concrete products.
