Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a versatile hydraulically operated machine renowned for its stellar performance and exceptional flexibility. This fully automatic QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine features a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with intelligent control.
The control system of this innovative brick-making machine is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLCtechnology, complete with a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control function, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes fitted with a basic face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping the molds.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table is designed to withstand intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracking. Additionally, the table's placement on a rubber spring significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibration, driven by an eccentric vibration shaft, ensures the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure. It includes a four-oriented column elevating frame that can be effortlessly adjusted according to mold height. The guide column, crafted from ultra-strong steel with surface chromium plating, boasts high strength and excellent wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. They incorporate high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flux and pressure to meet specific working requirements.
