Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine excels with its hydraulic operation and universal application. Known for its high efficiency and unmatched flexibility, it is ideal for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, and specialty products, all thanks to its intuitive control system.
This sophisticated QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automatic and operates with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
The advanced control system of this brick making machine is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table withstands intense vibration without damage or cracking. Mounted on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise levels by about 10 to 15 decibels, thereby preventing machine damage.
The vertical vibration induced by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and high density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine boasts a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and four oriented pillars with an adjustable elevating frame for easy mold height adjustments. The guide column, crafted from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers exceptional durability and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Utilizing the renowned Yuken brand, the hydraulic components feature high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure to meet specific working
requirements. This adjustment of hydraulic pressure and flow controls the vibration frequency and range, thus modifying the forming cycle time to suit the different concrete products being produced.
