Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, versatile marvel known for its exceptional performance and impressive flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, and both hollow/solid blocks, as well as specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine boasts full automation with a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The control system of the brick making machine is outfitted with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality for effortless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes equipped with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones simply by changing the mold.
Vibration System
The robust vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracking. Placed on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise levels by 10-15 decibels, thereby preventing machine damage.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure with a four-pillar elevating frame, easily adjustable according to mold height. The guide column is made from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface for enhanced strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic system utilizes renowned Yuken brand components, incorporating high-dynamic proportional and directional valves. These valves automatically adjust oil flow and pressure to meet specific working
requirements. By regulating hydraulic pressure and flow, it controls vibration frequency and range, adapting the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
