Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, universal block machine celebrated for its high performance and remarkable flexibility. Its user-friendly control system makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, as well as unique products.
This fully automatic QT4-15 Cement brick making machine features a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The advanced control system of this brick making machine is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC technology, production programs, a malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functions, making it user-friendly and easy to maintain.
The main forming machine includes a basic Face-mix device, allowing for the creation of double-layer paving stones by merely changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table is engineered to withstand intense vibrations without damage. Placed on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by 10~15 decibels, minimizing the risk of machine wear and tear.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the production of high-quality, dense concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted for different mold heights. The guide column made from super-strength steel is chrome-plated for increased durability and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic system incorporates premium Yuken brand components, utilizing high-dynamic proportional and directional valves. These valves automatically adjust oil flow and pressure based on specific working
requirements. By modulating hydraulic pressure and flow, the system controls vibration frequency and range, allowing for optimized forming cycle times for various concrete products.
