Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection Block Making Machine is a hydraulically operated, highly versatile machine known for its outstanding performance and exceptional flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and special products.
The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine boasts a fully automatic system controlled by a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
The brick making machine's control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC that includes a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control function, ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic face-mix device, allowing the production of double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The robust vibration table can withstand intense vibration without any risk of damage or cracking. It is mounted on a rubber spring that significantly reduces noise by 10~15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame, which can be easily adjusted according to the mold height. The guide column is made from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offering high strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We employ high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure based on specific working requirements.
By adjusting the hydraulic pressure and flow, the system controls vibration frequency and range, thereby altering the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
