The machine's control system features SIEMENSor MITSUBISHI PLCs,a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping out the mold.
Advanced Vibration System
The robust hanging vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the table significantly reduces noise levels by around 10-15 decibels and prevents damage to the machine.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
