QTJ4-35 type electric block forming machine features standalone operation or integration with a belt conveyor and pipeline mixer.
The main system includes a vibration source, transmission components, lifting mechanism, pushing devices, hopper, die electric control box.

Lifting System: Comprising a cycloid pin motor, sprockets, lift arm, axle sleeve, hanging pin, and positioning pin.
The cycloid pin motor with a 1.5-kilowatt spindle operates both ends of the *** arm, lifting and lowering the mold in a parallel motion. The upper mold and beam are balanced by the positioning plate for smooth detachment from the molding box.
Vibration System: Includes two sets of 3KW vibrators underneath and an additional 1.5KW vibrator for top-down vibration.
Raw Material Versatility: The QTJ4-35 block machine can utilize a wide range of raw materials, including normal and lightweight concrete, river sand, mechanism sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, cinder, fly ash, pumice stone, ceramic, perlite, and shale.
