Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine stands out for its hydraulic operation and universal block-making capabilities. Celebrated for its high performance and remarkable flexibility, this machine is ideal for the cost-effective production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products. The user-friendly control system enhances its appeal.
Our QT4-15 Cement brick making machine features a fully automated system with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control for streamlined operations.
The brick-making machine's control system is outfitted with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , complete with a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic Face-mix device, allowing for the production of double-layer paving stones just by switching the mould.
Vibration System
The robust vibration table is built to endure intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise levels by 10~15 decibels and protects the machine from harm.
The machine's vertical vibration, generated by an eccentric vibration shaft, ensures the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure with a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that adjusts easily to the mold height. The guide column is made from ultra-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface for enhanced strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We employ high-dynamic proportional and directional valves to automatically regulate oil flow and pressure as per specific working
requirements. This means the hydraulic pressure and flow can adjust vibration frequency and range, thereby altering the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
