The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring fully automatic operations controlled by a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
The intelligent control system of this advanced brick making machine is outfitted with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , boasting a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, making operation and maintenance remarkably simple.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones through easy mold changes.
Vibration System
The Hang vibration table is engineered to withstand intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracks. Its placement on a rubber spring dramatically reduces noise levels by 10~15 decibels, safeguarding the machine from potential damage.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The primary machine features a movable beam with a high-strength steel structure and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame, easily adjustable to accommodate various mold heights. The guide column, made from ultra-strong steel and surface-chromium plated, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components are sourced from the prestigious Yuken brand. We utilize high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure,
tailoring hydraulic pressure and flow to control vibration frequency and range. This adaptability allows modification of the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
