2. Characteristics
1) PLC Intelligent Control: Featuring a man-machine interface, our control system is equipped with comprehensive logic control, production programming, malfunction diagnostics, and remote control functions. This user-friendly system requires only minimal training for the operator.
2) Optional Configuration: a. Lift-Slab Elevating Conveyor (Block Stacking Machine) - Depending on the brick type, finished products are automatically stacked in 3 to 8 layers and transported to the maintenance area by a fork-lift truck, reducing labor and space requirements. b. Color Face Material Feeder (Layered Material Feeding) - The QT4-15 factory is entirely controlled by a PLC system. The computer interface allows for random signal analysis, fault diagnosis, and material parameter settings. The separate material stock hopper and material feeding hopper enable precise material feed, minimizing advance liquidation and reducing feeding time. The unique material-feeding device ensures quick and even discharge into the molding box, minimizing weight error in finished products.
3) Robust Frame Structure: Constructed from super-strong steel bars, and featuring imported key components in its electronic and hydraulic systems, our machine guarantees stability and reliability over long-term operation. This versatile machine is ideal for producing high-strength concrete blocks, as well as pulverized coal ash bricks, cinder bricks, mine slag blocks, etc. By simply changing molds and dies, it can manufacture hollow and solid blocks of various specifications.
4) Product Scope: Capable of producing a wide variety of bricks/blocks including color-face bricks, through-body tiles, dock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, sod bricks, hydraulic blocks, hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks.
