The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically powered universal block machine known for its exceptional performance and remarkable flexibility. The fully automatic QT4-15 Cement brick making machine comes equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)that offers intelligent control.
The machine's control system features SIEMENSor MITSUBISHI PLCs,along with a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic face-mix device, allowing the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping out the mold.
Advanced Vibration System
The robust hang vibration table withstands intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the table significantly reduces noise levels by around 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
Durable Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and high-strength steel structure supported by four oriented pillars and an elevating frame. The frame can be easily adjusted according to the mold height.
