Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated universal block machine renowned for its superior performance and unmatched flexibility. With its intuitive control system, it is the perfect choice for economically producing a diverse range of products such as paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized items.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine offers full automation through its PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
This advanced control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , and features a sophisticated production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic Face-mix device, allowing the production of double-layer paving stones by merely swapping molds.
Vibration System
Our robust hang vibration table endures intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracking. The table, mounted on rubber springs, significantly reduces noise levels by 10-15 decibels while protecting the machinery.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the superior quality and high density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine's design includes a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame. This can be conveniently adjusted to fit various mold heights. The guide column, constructed from super-strength steel and chromium plating, boasts high strength and exceptional wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
We utilize premium hydraulic components from the renowned brand Yuken. Our high-dynamic proportional and directional valves automatically regulate oil flux and pressure to meet specific working
requirements. By adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow, we control vibration frequency and range, allowing us to customize the forming cycle time for different concrete products.
