Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, universal block machine renowned for its top-tier performance and exceptional flexibility. Its user-friendly interface makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products.
QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is distinguished by its fully automatic operation, utilizing a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
The advanced control system in the brick making machine integrates SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
Main forming machine includes a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double layer paving stones by changing the mold.
Vibration System
Hang vibration table is designed to withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Positioned on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise by around 10-15 decibels and mitigates machine damage.
The vertical vibration created by the eccentric vibration shaft guarantees the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame, adjustable according to mold height with ease and convenience. The guide column, made of ultra-strength steel with surface chromium plating, offers high strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components are from the renowned brand Yuken. We utilize high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure based on specific working conditions.
This system allows for precise adjustments in hydraulic pressure and flow, controlling vibration frequency and range, thus optimizing the forming cycle time for different concrete products.
