Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection Block Making Machine, a hydraulically operated universal block machine, stands out for its exceptional performance and remarkable adaptability. Its user-friendly interface makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, as well as unique specialty products.
The fully automated QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine features a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system, enhancing efficiency and ease of operation.
The brick-making machine's advanced control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , along with a production program, a malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring straightforward operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a standard Face-mix device, allowing the production of double-layer paving stones simply by changing the mold.
Vibration System
The robust hang vibration table can endure intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracks. Placed on a rubber spring, the vibration table significantly reduces noise by 10~15 decibels, protecting the machine from potential damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine incorporates a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame which can be effortlessly adjusted according to mold height. The guide column, crafted from super-strength steel with a high-strength wear-resistant chromium plating, enhances durability and precision.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. Utilizing high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, the system automatically adjusts oil flux and pressure based on specific working requirements.
These hydraulic adjustments control vibration frequency and range, allowing alteration of the forming cycle time to suit various concrete products.
