Equipped with a Siemens brand PLC control system, Siemens Motor, Omron Switch, International Standard Steel, and a Manganese steel mold.
1. The QT5-15 Block Machine is a compact marvel featuring an electric and hydraulic system. Each procedural action interlocks seamlessly to ensure safe, easy, and reliable operation.
2. Utilizing a mold-releasing oil cylinder, the mold box is firmly locked into the vibration table, achieving high rigidity and synchronous vibration. This ensures concrete fluidity and air expulsion within seconds, producing high-density standard blocks that can be stacked immediately, significantly reducing pallet costs.
3. The unique forcing charge system efficiently utilizes various industrial waste materials, such as coal ash, cement, sand, stone, and slag. This versatile machine produces a range of standard bricks, concrete blocks, porous blocks, and paving bricks, serving multiple purposes.
