Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a versatile, hydraulically operated unit renowned for its outstanding performance and flexibility. Its user-friendly control system makes it ideal for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, and specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine operates fully automatically with an intelligent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system.
This advanced control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, complemented by a comprehensive production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control function for effortless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones by merely changing the mold.
Vibration System
The robust hang vibration table withstands intense vibrations without damage or cracking. The table is placed on rubber springs, significantly reducing noise by 10-15 decibels and preventing machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The primary machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure with a four-guided column elevating frame, adjustable according to mold height with ease. The guide column, made from ultra-strong steel with a chrome-plated surface, boasts exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components, sourced from the esteemed brand Yuken, include high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically regulate oil flow and pressure to meet specific working needs.
By adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow, the vibration frequency and range can be modified, thus altering the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
