Crafted for durability, the mould frame is forged from 55# manganese steel, while the rammer head is constructed from 16# manganese steel. Post carburisation, these components achieve a remarkable hardness of 60 degrees, ensuring a service life surpassing 100,000 uses.
Ingeniously designed, the standard brick mould offers dual-sided use, extending its service life to over 120,000 times.

1. Our fully automatic concrete brick making machine boasts a comprehensive production line, including essentials like the cement silo, batching machine (PLD1200), mixer (JS500), main machine, PLC, hydraulic station, stacker, and pallet feeder. When combined, these components create a fully automated production powerhouse.
2. Incorporating hydraulic presses, our machine ensures the creation of exceptionally hard bricks. Equipped with a Siemens motor and Norsman solenoid valve.
3. Seamlessly produce a variety of bricks-hollow, solid, and paver-by simply changing the moulds.
4. Efficient operation is achieved with just 4-5 personnel needed to manage the entire production line.
5. Featuring clear circular markings, our machine ensures no cylinder bursts, with full tonnage and stroke ensuring a secure lock without oil leakage.
6. Engineered with a steel wire spiral hose, it withstands high temperature and pressure. The flange interface guarantees superior sealing with zero oil leakage.
