Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is celebrated for its hydraulic operation, impressive flexibility, and superior performance. The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automated, featuring a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
This advanced control system in the brick making machine is enhanced with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC technology, encompassing a comprehensive production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a Face-mix device for creating double-layer paving stones by merely changing the mold.
Vibration System
The Hang vibration table is engineered to withstand intense vibrations without any structural damage or cracks. Mounted on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels, protecting the machine from damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the exceptional quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure

Hydraulic System
