Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically driven, versatile block machine celebrated for its superior performance and remarkable flexibility. Its user-friendly interface makes it perfect for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, and special custom products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automatic, integrated with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
This advanced control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLCs, boasting a production program, a malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is enhanced with a basic Face-mix device, allowing for the creation of double-layer paving stones with a simple mould change.
Vibration System
The hanging vibration table is designed to withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Placed on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise by 10~15 decibels, preventing machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure exceptional quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame, which can be conveniently adjusted to the mold height. The guide column, made of super-strong steel with surface chromium plating, offers high strength and excellent wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken, incorporating high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure based on specific working conditions.
By finely tuning hydraulic pressure and flow, the system controls vibration frequency and amplitude, allowing the forming cycle time to adapt to different concrete product requirements.
