Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, versatile block machine celebrated for its remarkable performance and adaptability. This fully automatic QT4-15 Cement brick making machine comes with a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
The control system is outfitted with the highly reliable SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLCto ensure seamless operation, featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities for ease of use and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a fundamental Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones by merely switching the mold.
Vibration System
The vibration table is engineered to endure intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the vibration table significantly reduces noise levels by 10~15 decibels, protecting the machine from potential damage.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the exceptional quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted according to mold height. The guide column, crafted from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers unparalleled strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic system
