Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically driven universal block machine, celebrated for its exceptional performance and remarkable versatility. With user-friendly controls, it is perfect for cost-effective production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and unique products.
Fully automated, the QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
Its control system includes SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control function, ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones with a simple mold change.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracking. The table, placed on a rubber spring, significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the high quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam made of high-strength steel, a four-oriented pill and an elevating frame adjustable to the mold height with ease and precision. The guide column, constructed from super-strength steel with chromium plating, offers high strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We employ high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure according to specific working requirements.
By adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow, the system controls vibration frequency and range, thus altering the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
