2) Optional Configuration: - Lift-slab Elevating Conveyor: Ideal for different brick types, it automatically stacks finished products (3 to 8 layers) using the elevating conveyor and transports them to the maintenance area via a fork lifter truck, reducing labor and ground usage. - Colour Face Material Feeder: The QT4-15 factory is fully PLC-controlled. Through its computer interface, it can perform random signal analyses, fault diagnostics, and parameter settings for various materials. The separated material stock hopper and feeding hopper enable precise material quantification, minimizing concrete liquidation time and feeding duration. The unique feeding device swiftly and evenly distributes materials into the molding box, reducing weight discrepancies in finished products to a minimum.
3) Constructed with super-strong shaped steel bars, our machine's frame structure ensures robustness and durability. The electronic and hydraulic systems incorporate high-quality imported components, guaranteeing long-term stability and reliability.
