Brief Introduction
QT4-15 Slope Protection block-making machine is a hydraulically operated, universal block machine renowned for its unparalleled performance and exceptional flexibility. Featuring an intuitive control system, this machine is perfect for the cost-effective production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick-making machine is fully automated and equipped with a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The control system of this advanced brick-making machine is outfitted with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , along with a cutting-edge production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a fundamental Face-mix device, allowing it to produce double-layer paving stones by merely changing the mould.
Vibration System
The highly durable vibration table can withstand intense vibration without incurring any damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the vibration table significantly reduces noise by 10~15 decibels and prevents damage to the machine.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft guarantees the superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine incorporates a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame, which can be conveniently adjusted to accommodate varying mold heights. The guide column, constructed from ultra-strength steel with chromium plating, offers high strength and exceptional wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components feature renowned brand Yuken and include high-dynamic proportional and directional valves. These components automatically adjust oil flux and pressure based on specific working
requirements. By adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow controls, the system changes vibration frequency and range, thus modifying the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
