This sophisticated QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automatic, utilizing a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent, seamless control.
The advanced control system of this brick making machine is fitted with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring effortless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic Face-mix device, allowing for the production of double-layer paving stones simply by changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table can withstand intense vibration without damage or cracking. Mounted on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by approximately 10 to 15 decibels, thereby protecting the machine from damage.
The vertical vibration induced by the eccentric vibration shaft guarantees superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and four oriented pillars with an adjustable elevating frame for easy mold height adjustments. Hydraulic System
