The mold frame is crafted from 55# manganese steel, while the rammer head is constructed with 16# manganese steel. Post-carburization, their hardness reaches an impressive 60 degrees, ensuring a robust service life exceeding 100,000 cycles.
The standard brick mold offers dual-side usage, extending its service life to over 120,000 cycles.

1. Fully automatic concrete brick making machine. The comprehensive production line includes a cement silo, batching machine (PLD1200), mixer (JS500), primary machine, PLC, hydraulic station, stacker, and pallet feeder. Together, these components define a fully automatic production line.
2. Equipped with hydraulic presses, ensuring bricks of exceptional hardness. Includes Siemens motor and Norsman solenoid valve 3.
3. Capable of producing various hollow, solid, and paver bricks through mold changes.
4. The entire production line requires only 4-5 operators, enhancing efficiency and reducing labor costs.
5. Features a visible circular marking, robustly designed to prevent cylinder bursting. Ensures full tonnage and stroke, locking securely with no oil leaks.
6. Utilizes a steel wire spiral hose to withstand high temperatures and pressures. Flange interfaces ensure excellent sealing and no oil leakage.
