The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine boasts full automation with a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The brick making machine's control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is fitted with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones through simple mold adjustments.
Vibration System
The advanced hang vibration table withstands intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracking. With rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise levels by 10-15 decibels, mitigating potential harm to the machine.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and a four-pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted to accommodate varying mold heights. The guide column, made of ultra-strength steel with chromium plating, offers immense strength and wear resistance.
