Brick making machine control system is enhanced with advanced SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC technology , featuring a sophisticated production program, a comprehensive malfunction diagnosis system, and a remote control function, ensuring effortless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is fitted with a base Face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones by merely changing the mold.
Vibration System
The robust vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracking. Placed on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise levels by 10-15 decibels, protecting the machine from potential harm.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft guarantees superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
