The QT4-15 Slope Protection Block Making Machine is a hydraulically operated marvel, revered for its unparalleled performance and incredible flexibility. Our QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine is fully automated and features a cutting-edge PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
The brick making machine's control system is powered by SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, and includes a comprehensive production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control function, ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is enhanced with a basic face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones by merely switching molds.
Vibration System
Our hang vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Mounted on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine boasts a movable beam and high-strength steel structure, featuring a four-oriented pilaster elevating frame that can be easily adjusted to match the mold height. The guide column, made of ultra-strong steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We utilize high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure to meet specific working
requirements. By fine-tuning hydraulic pressure and flow, the vibration frequency and range can be controlled, thereby adjusting the forming cycle time for various concrete products.
