The machine's cutting-edge control system features SIEMENSor MITSUBISHI PLCs,alongside a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring effortless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine incorporates a basic face-mix device, facilitating the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping out the mold.
Advanced Vibration System
The robust hanging vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the table significantly reduces noise by approximately 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
Durable Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and high-strength steel structure supported by four oriented pillars and an elevating frame. This frame can be easily adjusted to fit the mold height.
