1) PLC Intelligent Control: Featuring a user-friendly man-machine interface, the control system is equipped with complete logic control, production programming, malfunction diagnosis, and remote control functions. This design allows operation with simple training, eliminating the need for professional personnel.
2) Optional Configuration: Lift-Slab Elevating Conveyor (Block Stacking Machine) - Depending on the type of bricks, finished products are automatically stacked 3 to 8 layers high by the elevating conveyor and then transported by a fork lifter truck, significantly reducing labor and space requirements. Color Face Material Feeder (Layered Material Feeding) - The QT4-15 system, fully controlled by a PLC, allows for easy operation via its computer interface, performing random signal analysis, fault diagnosis, and parameter settings. Separate material stock and feeding hoppers ensure quantitative feeding, effectively controlling concrete liquefaction and reducing feeding time. This unique device quickly and evenly distributes materials into the molding box, minimizing weight error in finished products.
3) Frame Structure: Constructed with super-strong shaped steel bars and equipped with imported key components in its electronic and hydraulic systems, this machine guarantees stability and reliability in long-term operations. It is versatile, capable of producing high-strength concrete blocks, pulverized coal ash bricks, cinder bricks, mine slag blocks, and more by simply changing molds and dies to produce hollow and solid blocks of various specifications.
4) Product Scope: This machine can produce a wide range of bricks and blocks, including color-face bricks (layered material feeding), through-body tiles, dock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, sod bricks, hydraulic blocks, hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks.
