Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection Block Making Machine is a hydraulically operated, universal block machine renowned for its high performance and exceptional flexibility. Its user-friendly control system makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and bespoke products.
The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine offers full automation with intelligent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control.
This advanced brick making machine control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , featuring a comprehensive production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones through simple mold changes.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table is engineered to withstand intense vibration without damage or cracking. Equipped with rubber springs, the vibration table effectively reduces noise levels by 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibration produced by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure, with a four-oriented pillar elevating frame adjustable for mold height. The guide column, made from high-strength steel with surface chromium plating, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components incorporate renowned Yuken brand valves. Utilizing high-dynamic proportional directional valves, the system automatically adjusts oil flux and pressure to meet specific working
requirements, with hydraulic pressure and flow controls that modulate vibration frequency and range, adapting forming cycle time for different concrete products.
