Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated universal marvel, celebrated for its high performance and exceptional flexibility. Its user-friendly interface makes it perfect for the cost-effective production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and other specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine boasts full automation with an intelligent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system.
This state-of-the-art control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic Face-mix device, allowing the production of double-layer paving stones with a simple mold change.
Vibration System
Our vibration table is designed to endure intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Placed on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by 10~15 decibels and protects the machine from harm.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame adjustable to the mold height. The guide column, crafted from super strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers high durability and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components, sourced from the renowned Yuken brand, include high-dynamic proportional and directional valves. These valves automatically adjust the oil flux and pressure, ensuring optimal performance.
Requirements. The hydraulic pressure and flow control system adjusts vibration frequency and range, enabling customization of forming cycle times for various concrete products.
