The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine boasts full automation with an advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The brick making machine's control system is enhanced with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC technology, featuring a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring simplicity in operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes equipped with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones through a straightforward mold swap.
Vibration System
Our Hang vibration table can endure intense vibrations without damage. Placed on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise levels by 10-15 decibels and protects the machine integrity.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the highest quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam design, high-strength steel structure, and an elevating frame adjustable to mold height with ease. The guide column, crafted from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers high strength and exceptional wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
