2 Control PLC: Siemens PLC is selected, together with the self-developed control programme of the whole machine, to ensure stable and efficient working condition.
3 Mould: The latest heat treatment device and carburisation treatment are adopted to extend the life of the mould, ensuring that the strength of the mould reaches 54-58 HRC and can be used for more than 100,000 times.
4 Materials and welding: all materials and spare parts are selected in accordance with international CE standards, and carbon dioxide protection welding ensures the stable operation of the whole production line.
