The QT4-15 Slope Protection Block Making Machine is a hydraulically operated universal block machine renowned for its superior performance and remarkable flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it perfect for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and a variety of special products.
The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine operates fully automatically with an intelligent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system.
This state-of-the-art control system is integrated with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, offering production programming, malfunction diagnostics, and remote control capabilities, ensuring user-friendly operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table is designed to endure intense vibrations without sustaining damage or cracking. The table is mounted on rubber springs, significantly reducing noise levels by 10-15 decibels while protecting the machine.
Eccentric shaft-driven vertical vibration ensures the concrete products' quality and density.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine boasts a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and four-oriented pillar elevating frame, adjustable for mold height with ease. The guide column, crafted from ultra-strong steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers high strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We employ high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically regulate oil flux and pressure based on specific requirements,
