Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, highly versatile block machine celebrated for its exceptional performance and flexibility. The intuitive control system makes it optimal for the efficient production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, and other specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automated and operates with a sophisticated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The brick making machine's control system is outfitted with advanced SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC technology, including a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities for easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, allowing it to produce double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table can endure intense vibrations without any damage, while its placement on rubber springs significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels, preventing damage to the machine.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted to accommodate various mold heights. The guide column is crafted from super-strength steel, with a chromium-plated surface for enhanced strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components incorporate renowned Yuken brand technology. We utilize high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically adjust oil flow and pressure based on specific working conditions.
By adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow, we control vibration frequency and range, thereby modifying the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
