Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection Block Making Machine is renowned for its hydraulic operation, outstanding performance, and unparalleled flexibility. The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine is fully automated, featuring a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system for optimized operations.
This advanced control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC control units, a robust production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capability, ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, allowing for the production of double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
Our hang vibration table is engineered to withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracking. Placed on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels and prevents damage to the machine.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure, with a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted to match the mold height.
