Vibration System
The advanced hanging vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracking. Mounted on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-pillar oriented elevating frame that can be easily adjusted according to mold height. The guide column, made of super-strength steel with a chrome-plated surface, offers high durability and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are top-tier Yuken brand. We employ high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flux and pressure as required by specific working conditions.
