1. The QT5-15 Block Machine is a compact, fully automatic solution equipped with an integrated electric and hydraulic system. Each procedural action interlocks seamlessly to ensure safe, easy, and dependable operations.
2. Utilizing a mold-releasing oil cylinder, the mold box locks onto the vibration table with high rigidity to achieve synchronous vibration. This allows the concrete to fluidify and exhaust within mere seconds, ensuring high-density output. Ideal for producing standard blocks that can be stacked immediately, thereby saving on pallet investment.
