The QT 4-15 is a state-of-the-art automatic block making machine, designed to produce a variety of hollow and solid bricks effortlessly by simply changing the mold. It also has the capability to manufacture paver blocks by incorporating a pigment feeder. The comprehensive production line features the QT4-15 host machine equipped with an advanced controller and a robust hydraulic station,stack machine, a JQ500 mixer, and a 6-meter belt conveyor.

Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine operates hydraulically, delivering unmatched performance and top-notch flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it ideal for the economical production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow and solid blocks, and customized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automated, boasting a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The brick making machine's control system is integrated with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC,a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones merely by changing the mold.
Vibration System
The heavy-duty vibration table is designed to withstand intense vibrations without sustaining any damage or cracking. Mounted on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise levels by 10~15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the high quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted according to the mold height. The guide column is constructed from super-strength steel with surface chromium plating, offering high strength and exceptional wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
This system incorporates renowned Yuken brand hydraulic components, utilizing high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure in response to specific working needs.
Adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow controls the vibration frequency and range, allowing the forming cycle time to be tailored to different concrete products.
