The QT 4-15 is a versatile, fully automatic block making machine. By simply changing the mold, it can produce various types of hollow and solid bricks.It is capable of creating paver blocks when a pigment feeder is added. The complete production line encompasses the QT4-15 host machine with a sophisticated controller and hydraulic station.
Additionally, it includes a stack machine, JQ500 mixer, and a 6-meter belt conveyor.

Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, universal block machine known for its outstanding performance and flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it ideal for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine features fully automatic operations with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The control system of this brick making machine is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLCprogramming, a malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control capabilities, ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, allowing for the production of double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hanging vibration table can endure intense vibrations without damage or cracking. Placed on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces surrounding noise by 10~15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure, with a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that can be easily adjusted to match the mold height. The guide column, made from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, provides exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are from the renowned brand Yuken. We utilize high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure to meet specific working requirements.
By adjusting the hydraulic pressure and flow, the vibration frequency and range can be modified, thus altering the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
