The machine's control system features SIEMENSor MITSUBISHI PLCs,accompanied by a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring effortless operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic face-mix device, facilitating the creation of double-layer paving stones by merely swapping out the mold.
Advanced Vibration System
The robust hang vibration table withstands intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise by approximately 10-15 decibels while preventing machine wear and tear.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft guarantee superior quality and density of concrete products.
Durable Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure supported by four oriented pillars and an elevating frame. This frame can be easily adjusted to match the mold height.
