Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is revered for its hydraulically operated universal capabilities, offering exceptional performance and excellent flexibility. The intuitive control system makes it perfect for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products.
The QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is a fully automated system featuring a cutting-edge PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control.
The control system of this brick making machine is outfitted with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC technology, encompassing a sophisticated production program, a precise malfunction diagnosis system, and a convenient remote control function, making operation and maintenance effortless.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones simply by changing the mold.
Vibration System
The innovative hang vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without cracking. Furthermore, the rubber spring placement significantly reduces noise by 10-15 decibels, preventing damage to the machine.
The vertical vibration produced by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine boasts a movable beam with a high-strength steel structure. The adjustable elevating frame, which adapts effortlessly to different mold heights, is supported by four oriented pillars. The guide column, made from super-strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers high durability and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We employ high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flux and pressure based on specific working conditions.
By precisely controlling hydraulic pressure and flow, vibration frequency and range can be adjusted, thereby optimizing the forming cycle time for various concrete products.
