The main forming machine features a versatile Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones through a simple mold swap.
Vibration System
The sturdy vibration table is engineered to endure intense vibrations without incurring damage or cracks. Mounted on durable rubber springs, it effectively reduces noise levels by 10~15 decibels, protecting the machine from harm.
The machine's vertical vibration, powered by an eccentric vibration shaft, ensures the superior quality and density of all concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine boasts a movable beam and a high-strength steel structure with a four-oriented pillar elevating frame that adjusts seamlessly to the mold height.
