Multi-purpose: Strong performance; using different moulds, it can make many kinds of products with different shapes and sizes, such as wall blocks, honeycomb-type blocks, pavement blocks and slope blocks.
The mould frame is made of 55# manganese steel, and the rammer head is made of 16# manganese steel, the hardness can reach 60 degrees after carburisation, and the service life can reach more than 100,000 times.
The standard brick mould can be used on both sides, and its service life can be more than 120,000 times.

1. Fully automatic concrete brick making machine. The basic production line includes cement silo, batching machine (PLD1200), mixer (JS500), main machine, PLC, hydraulic station, stacker and pallet feeder. Only these equipments can be called fully automatic production line.
