This brick making machine's control system is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, complete with a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring user-friendly operation and easy maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic face-mix device, enabling the efficient production of double-layer paving stones with a simple mold change.
Vibration System
Our innovative hang vibration table is engineered to endure intense vibrations without damage or cracking. Additionally, it is mounted on rubber springs, significantly reducing noise by 10~15 decibels to prevent potential harm to the machine.
