- If required, our experienced engineers can be dispatched to your site for machine installation, commissioning, and training.
- Installation & training fee: $100 / day.
- Buyer is also responsible for round-trip tickets, visa costs,accommodation.Warranty & Support
All machines are covered by an 18-month factory warranty.
- Our factory will provide operational support for one to three months and will train your staff, including operators and plant managers, at our site before the machine arrives at your location.
- One year of common spare parts will be provided free of charge.
- We maintain a robust inventory of critical spares, ensuring ongoing support from our China factory whenever needed.
