The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically powered, universal block machine renowned for its excellent performance and remarkable flexibility. Its intuitive control system makes it the ideal choice for cost-efficient production of paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and specialized products.
The fully automatic QT4-15 Cement brick making machine comes equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)that offers intelligent control.
The machine's advanced control system features SIEMENSor MITSUBISHI PLCs, along with a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a face-mix device, enabling the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping out the mold.
Advanced and Robust Vibration System
The durable hang vibration table can endure intense vibrations without suffering damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, the table significantly reduces noise by around 10-15 decibels and prevents damage to the machine.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
Durable and Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and high-strength steel structure supported by four oriented pillars and an elevating frame. This frame can be easily adjusted according to the mold height. The guide column, made of ultra-strong steel with a chromium-plated finish, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Efficient and Reliable Hydraulic System
The hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken. We incorporate high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure to match specific working
requirements. By adjusting hydraulic pressure and flow controls, the vibration frequency and range can be modified, altering the forming cycle time to suit different concrete products.
