The QT4-15 Cement Brick Making Machine is fully automatic and features a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
The control system of this brick making machine comes equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, complete with a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine includes a basic face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones with a simple mold change.
Vibration System
Our innovative hang vibration table is designed to withstand intense vibration without any damage or cracking. Additionally, it is mounted on rubber springs to significantly reduce noise by 10~15 decibels, preventing potential harm to the machine.
The vertical vibration generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures the superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam and high-strength steel structure. The four-orientated pillar and adjustable elevating frame accommodate various mold heights with ease. The guide column, crafted from ultra-strong steel and chrome-plated, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
